Terms & Conditions

These terms cover o_0, an AI personal assistant service from oh0.ai operated by Nicholas Cerminara (sole proprietor), currently in private beta, including the oh0.ai website and the o_0 SMS service.

SMS Terms

1. Program: o_0 sends reminders, confirmations of requests you texted in, and replies to your questions. It is a subscription assistant for registered users; during private beta, access is by invitation. No marketing messages are sent.
2. Opt-in: You opt in by texting START to your o_0 number from your own phone. You will receive a welcome message with these terms; reply Y to confirm your subscription. See https://oh0.ai/sms.
3. Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time. You will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe.
4. Help: Reply HELP, or email whatnickemails@gmail.com.
5. Frequency: Message frequency varies by how you use the assistant.
6. Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
7. Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy: See our Privacy Policy at https://oh0.ai/privacy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
